These were okay..in my experience it can be difficult to find really good mango, especially in bulk. Always kind of hit and miss unless you eat them so much you're an expert at telling which ones are good. Looks and smell can be decieving. I have tried dried mango several times and I think I just prefer it fresh and can't seem to develop a taste for the dried mango. However, my mom loves it so she has eaten most of it. HOT WEATHER SHIPPING
Due to the perishable nature
of our chocolate and candy, we take special care to ensure delivery in perfect
condition. If the temperature in our area or yours is above 70F, we only allow
shipping using expedited methods (2 Day Air and UPS Next Day Air) and
each box is packed with special insulation and gel ice. There's $5 charge
added to the shipping fee to cover for the cost of the added insulation and
gel ice. During the summer months, to prevent chocolates and candy from
sitting on a truck over a weekend we only ship chocolates and candy Monday,
Tuesday and Wednesday.
Question: Are these Mangos the Phillipine Mangoes?
Answer: The country of origin of our Dried Mangoes is Thailand.
Question: Regarding the Dried Mango - Less Sugar Added. How much sugar are you referring to? I am looking for alternate options during the winter months to replace really fruit, such as mangos, peaches, etc.
Answer: On the Less Sugar Added Mango, the amount of sugar per serving is 20g as opposed to 40g on our regular dried mango. Please note that we carry a large selection of No Sugar added dried fruits: Medjool Dates, Dried Apples, Turkish Apricots, California Apricots, Unsweetened Banana Chips, Turkish figs, Calimyrna Figs, Nectarines, Peaches, Natural Pineapples, Pitted Plums, Golden Raisins and Dark Raisins.
