Outstanding Product

I rarely write reviews, but these nuts merit it.
I use a lot of pine nuts. I love to cook and they go well in many dishes. Lately I've been into Couscous and adding a bit of pine nuts makes it all the better. Unfortunately, the nuts I can find at the supermarket are very nice, but I didn't know what I was missing until I tried these.
Unlike the supermarket variety, these are bigger, softer and creamier with an intense nutty flavor that is just what I'm looking for. I've taken to setting aside a few of these to munch on raw while I cook. They're so good that they work as a stand-alone snack. And they're great on salads, raw or toasted.
As to quality, they come hermetically sealed in plastic. When you cut away the hermetic seal, you still have a conventional zip-lock. Zip-locks aren't perfectly hermetic, but this package is high quality and I have no doubt the zip-lock will keep them for the long term
I can't think of anything bad to say. Even the ordering was easy, the shipping was quick, and I was kept informed of the order's progress by email so there was never any wondering.
Pros:
Big, fresh, creamy, and with an intense nutty flavor. Well packaged in a not-evacuated vacuum bag so as not to hermetically seal them but not crush them. Fast shipping and great communication.Cons:
