 Received these within four business days and loved them. I like the unsalted pistachios so I can grind them a bit and add to chicken salad or sprinkle over a lettuce salad with cooked chicken. They are a healthy snack alone or added to our 'home made' trail mix. Due to the perishable nature
of our chocolate and candy, we take special care to ensure delivery in perfect
condition. If the temperature in our area or yours is above 70F, we only allow
shipping using expedited methods (2 Day Air and UPS Next Day Air) and
each box is packed with special insulation and gel ice. There's $5 charge
added to the shipping fee to cover for the cost of the added insulation and
gel ice. During the summer months, to prevent chocolates and candy from
sitting on a truck over a weekend we only ship chocolates and candy Monday,
Tuesday and Wednesday.
Question: I don't understand roasted vs not roasted. I am looking for a good source to buy unsalted and shelled pistachio nuts to use to make Baklava. I need to ask if I should be buying the raw or the roasted. Thanks, appreciate your help.
