How do I place an order?
Browse through the site until you find the item you wish to purchase. From the product page click the “Add to Cart” button. You will then be transferred to our secure ordering page where you can click ‘Continue’ to place your order via Credit Card, click ‘Checkout with PayPal®’or ‘Keep Shopping’ to add additional items to your cart and keep shopping for more.
Once you've added all the items that you wish to purchase to your cart, you can begin the checkout process. This process involves 2 steps; Shipping Information, Billing Information and Place Your Order. You will then receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a final email stating so.
Is there a sales tax on my order?
There is no sales tax on food in our home state, so you will not be charged any sales tax no matter what state in the US you are from! On orders shipped to Canada, we charge taxes and brokerage fees up front.
What's your policy on returns?
Every item we sell comes with a complete satisfaction, or we'll make it right with either an appropriate replacement or a full refund. To receive a refund or replacement, you must return the merchandise within 5 days of receipt (shipping charges are non refundable). Before returning any product you must first e-mail us at info@NutsinBulk.com
Is the site secure?
Any personal information you provide us will be protected. We will not sell, share, or rent the information that we collect from our customers. Our website is hosted on Yahoo! Servers. Yahoo! is a worldwide leader in technology and webhosting. Yahoo! uses the most current online security protocols.
Can I track my order status?
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as tracking becomes available for your order. This email will include a link to the shipper’s website so you can easily track your shipment. It is easy to track your order directly from the link provided in your order shipped confirmation e-mail. You can also use our Real Time Order Status by clicking on the Tracking link in the top of the page.
How can I make changes to my order?
All requests to change or cancel your order should be made via email to info@NutsinBulk.com. During business hours we will get back to you ASAP.
Can I stop by your warehouse and pick up my order?
You certainly can. Please make sure you place your order online and write on the comment Section that you would like to pick up your order. We will hold the order for you and remove the shipping fee. Pick up orders require 24 hours to process and are generally available the next business day, excluding Mondays. Pick up hours are Tuesday through Friday from 9AM to 4PM only. You will receive an e-mail when the order is complete and ready for pick up. The pick up location is: Superior Nut Company, Inc. 225 Monsignor O'Brien Hwy, Cambridge, MA 02141.
Why I did not receive an order confirmation?
If you provided us with an email address either on your account or when purchasing an item, you should be hearing from us. If you haven’t received an email a few things could be happening. Check your spam folder since sometimes emails can easily get caught in a spam filter. If this is not the case, please give us a call at 800-988-7136 or send us an email at info@NutsinBulk.com and we can double check that we have your correct email address.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes we ship to Canada. Taxes and brokerage fees are charged during the checkout.
When does my credit card get charged?
Your credit card does not get charged until the item ships. The only exception is when paying by Paypal. When paying by Paypal, the money is automatically deducted from your account. So in essence, if you use Paypal you will be charged the moment you place the order, not when the item ships.
How can I qualify for a wholesale account?
Do the items in your shopping cart reach a total of $500 or more, not including shipping? If so, please click on the Wholesale link at the bottom of this page to apply for a wholesale account.
