 Less expensive than the local supermarkets and other on line sites. Yes, you can get this price at other sites but you have to buy 5 lbs or more to get it. The nuts were fresh and a uniform chop just right for baking. I'll be back! Pros:Fast shipping and priceCons:I'm going to be getting whole ones, too as I didn't expect them to be chopped so small. HOT WEATHER SHIPPING
Due to the perishable nature
of our chocolate and candy, we take special care to ensure delivery in perfect
condition. If the temperature in our area or yours is above 70F, we only allow
shipping using expedited methods (2 Day Air and UPS Next Day Air) and
each box is packed with special insulation and gel ice. There's $5 charge
added to the shipping fee to cover for the cost of the added insulation and
gel ice. During the summer months, to prevent chocolates and candy from
sitting on a truck over a weekend we only ship chocolates and candy Monday,
Tuesday and Wednesday.

Answer: These are English Walnuts. We do also offer Black Walnuts.
Question: How are the pieces shipped? Could they be put in 2lb. bags? we will need the 25lb amount.
Answer: The 1 pound size are shipped in 1 pound bags. We do also sell a 4 pound, a 10 pound and a 25 pound package. We do not pack the Walnuts in 2 pound bags.
Question: Are these organic?
