I had some keep for 9 months and they were fine when thawed and used. I just use these in baked goods so the oilyness doesn't bother me. I've seen reviews that call them too oily (I don't find that) or too salty (they have unsalted if you tick down the drop down box which is what I buy). Anyway these are great nuts. Good flavor, but very greasy, think they were roasted a bit long, too, as color is quite dark. A little less oil, a little less time, and they would be perfect. Due to the perishable nature
of our chocolate and candy, we take special care to ensure delivery in perfect
condition. If the temperature in our area or yours is above 70F, we only allow
shipping using expedited methods (2 Day Air and UPS Next Day Air) and
each box is packed with special insulation and gel ice. There's $5 charge
added to the shipping fee to cover for the cost of the added insulation and
gel ice. During the summer months, to prevent chocolates and candy from
sitting on a truck over a weekend we only ship chocolates and candy Monday,
Tuesday and Wednesday.

Answer: The 10 pound case of macadamia nuts comes as 1 bag of 10 pounds inside a box (Not packed in individual 1 pound bags).
Question: Do they have sea salt on them ?
Answer: These macadamias do not have sea salt added.
Question: Do you sell roasted unsalted pieces?
Answer: We do not currently sell roasted macadamia pieces. We only sell Wholes and Halves & Pieces.
Question: Are the ones from the grocery store roasted? (macadamia nuts)
Answer: Not sure if you are referring to our cans of Superior Nut Company Macadamia Nuts in the grocery stores? Those are roasted and salted.
Question: Why does it say as low as $11.18 per pound, but we never see that price on the next page? for all of the nuts, the low price does not appear after the first page...
Answer: $11.18 is the price per pound if you were to select the highest pack size. The 25 pound pound case in this example.
Question: I thought the pieces were 11.95 per lb?
Answer: That's the current price if you purchase a 25 pound case.
Question: Are these dry roasted ?
Answer: Our Macadamia Halves & Pieces are oil roasted.
