Great wasabi power!!
My roommate and I are good on wasabi peas for a while...haha. If you love wasabi peas, don't waste your money buying the hapi cans at the grocery store....if you always like having wasabi peas around, save yourself over 50% and buy in bulk. These have a good taste and decent strength. The only downside in my opinion is the way the pea breaks in your mouth....it's really crunchy...i like it....but sometimes I stop eating them because with the mix of intense wasabi in my mouth....the semi-hard/sharp edges of the dried pea half (after having been crunched in half in your mouth)...if not property crunched...can dig into your tongue a little. This doesn't happen with the hapi peas that I can remember...maybe the peas we got were stale (probably not) .... a different type of pea (maybe) ...or how they process the peas and apply the wasabi coating (most likely). But, I'm still giving it 5 stars because I want to share the awesomeness of this deal. I haven't looked around too much on other sites...but it seemed like a great deal, and I'm happy with the decision. I don't think I have ever been as excited about receiving a package in the mail as I was with this order. I broke a blood vessel in my hand the night before it arrived because I was clapping in excitement. The peas arrived in a large square box, and double wrapped in large plastic bags. And they tasted like victory when they got here. Yes, my friends, you should definitely buy this. I'll rate it 4.4 out of 5. And I'm a pretty conservative rater. They are the best wasabi peas i've ever had. The search for the world's best wasabi pea continues, but these will do the trick for now for sure. Ohh, and if you are like me and the intense nose tingle of normal wasabi peas has gone away...because they lack in strength like the hapi cans...rest assured...after a few small handfuls...you will once again reach that glorious wasabi/horseradish nose tingle.
